What we collect
When you complete the Freedom Scorecard we collect your first name and email address, your answers to the ten questions, your score, and the date you completed it. Last name and phone number are optional. If you check the marketing email box, we record that choice.
Why we collect it
Your first name and email are required to submit and are kept with your assessment in our contact platform so we can reply if you contact us. After a successful submission, you view your score, tier, and next steps on screen. Results are not emailed. Your answers and score are what produce the results page. A phone number, if you give one, is only used to reach you if you would rather talk than email.
Who we share it with
Your details are sent to our email and contact platform, GoHighLevel, which stores them on our behalf to keep your assessment record and manage any marketing emails you opted into separately. Viewing your results does not require marketing email consent. The site itself is hosted on Lovable's hosting platform. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
The scorecard keeps your in-progress answers in your browser's own session storage so a refresh does not lose them. That data stays on your device, expires within 24 hours, and is cleared once you submit. We do not run advertising trackers or session-replay tools on this site.
How long we keep it
Contact records and scorecard results are kept in our contact platform for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum record needed to honor that choice. This site itself has no database, so nothing is stored on it beyond the temporary in-browser session data described above.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw email consent, email garren@pushbuttonai.pro and we will action it. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are processed server-side. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, or health information through this form.
